What we look for
Field engineers
People who understand a CAN bus. They are comfortable in the mud and in the code.
Crew leads
Operators who can run a job from arrival to sign-off, manage a small team, and report cleanly.
Apprentices
Young people from agricultural schools. We pair you with experienced crews and we pay you to learn.
