For field work, no: a single tractor operator can apply directly. For barn work, yes: we require an established, staffed company, given the biosecurity and welfare standards involved.
"Will I get paid on time?"
Payment is collected from the farmer before the job, released to you on completion.
"Can I pick my area?"
Yes. You set your coverage radius and only see jobs inside it.
